The GR Supra (A90/A91) is one of the few modern sports cars that looks good bone-stock and even better modified — which is exactly why Toyota Supra carbon parts are so popular. Whether you want a clean OEM+ lip-and-ducktail look or a full track-ready aero package, genuine carbon fibre takes the A90's curves somewhere the factory never dared. Here's how to build yours, from subtle to full send.
Why the A90 wears carbon so well
The Supra's long bonnet, double-bubble roof and heavily sculpted rear give carbon parts plenty to work with. Because the factory design already hints at motorsport — the ducktail-shaped bootlid, the vent outlines in the bumpers — carbon upgrades feel like a completion of the design rather than an add-on. And with so many A90s on the road in the same handful of colours, carbon is the quickest way to make yours unmistakably yours.
One thing to know before you start: most carbon parts are made to order, and as with any aftermarket styling, professional installation is recommended for the best fit. Not sure on fitment for your exact model year? Message us before you order and we'll confirm it.
Stage 1 — Subtle: lip, spoiler and trim
The OEM+ route. These parts sharpen the car without changing its silhouette.
Front lip / splitter

The biggest visual win from a single part. A carbon front lip visually lowers the nose and adds definition the standard bumper lacks. AE Design also offers a dry carbon front lip if you want the lighter, pre-preg finish.
Ducktail spoiler

Arguably the definitive Supra mod. A Supra ducktail spoiler extends the bootlid's natural kick and gives the rear the finish it always deserved. Future Design's carbon ducktail is another clean take on the same idea.
Finishing details
Carbon tail light trims and side window louvre trim are small parts that make the build feel intentional — ideal first mods if you're easing in.
Stage 2 — Committed: diffuser, skirts and bonnet
Once the lip and spoiler are on, the middle and rear of the car are next.
Rear diffuser

A Supra carbon diffuser frames the rear and adds serious presence — CMST's version even integrates an LED light, and AE Design offers a dry carbon LED diffuser too. Paired with a ducktail, the rear looks complete.
Side skirts
Carbon side skirts tie the front and rear together so the build reads as one design rather than a collection of parts. Essential once you've done both ends of the car.
Vented bonnet

A carbon vented bonnet saves weight over the long factory bonnet and adds functional aggression. If you want a genuine conversation piece, CMST also makes a transparent bonnet that puts the B58 on display.
Stage 3 — Track-ready: wings and full kits
For builds that lead with aero, not subtlety.
GT wings and active aero

AE Design's dry carbon rear wing gives the A90 a proper fixed-wing stance, while Robot Craftsman's "Hyperion" active aero package goes further still — a roof scoop, rear louvres and GT wing in one system.
Full body kits

If you're starting from scratch, a complete GR Supra carbon kit is the coherent way in: DarwinPro's BKSS-style parts, Robot Craftsman's "Alerion" and "Hyperion" narrow-body packages, or — for the ultimate build — CMST's widebody "FT1 Concept" kit, which reshapes the car around the concept that previewed the A90 in the first place.

Choosing your route: subtle, committed or full send?
A simple way to decide: if you daily the car, Stage 1 keeps it clean and reversible. If it's a weekend car that gets shown, Stage 2 gives it presence without changing the silhouette. If it's a build project or sees track time, Stage 3 is where the Supra becomes something genuinely rare. Whichever route you take, ordering parts together keeps the weave and finish consistent and simplifies installation.
