We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As most of our parts are made to order, you will only be eligible for a free return if the goods arrive damaged or not fit for purpose. Please make sure the parts are compatible with your car before placing an order. If you are not sure, get in touch with us.
We may agree to accept a return in some other circumstances. In this case the customer is liable to cover return fees. If we accept a return for parts that are correct and didn't arrive damaged, then we will not issue a refund for shipping costs.

If we arrange a collection for a return, and the customer fails to provide the courier with the goods, it is then on the customer to arrange and cover the return of the goods.
If your order was sent directly to you from our manufacturer, then we may ask you to return the order back to them. In this case we will provide you with an alternative return address.

As most of our parts are made to order, If you change your mind about an order, you have three business days after placing the order to cancel the order without charge. If you want to cancel your order after three business days you may be charged a fee equal to 10% of the value for the parts you ordered and want to cancel. Orders can't be cancelled once dispatched.
Non-delivery of goods
If your goods are not delivered after a sufficient waiting time, we will do everything in our power to arrange with the courier to complete the delivery, if they still can't complete the delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Where a delivery has been attempted multiple times, and the goods are returned to sender due to the customer being unresponsive or not accepting the goods, the customer is liable for any extra re-delivery fees. In this circumstance, for our made to order parts, we cant refund customers for non-delivery. If the made to order goods are successfully re-delivered, and are received defective/damaged, then we can issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item does arrive damaged, customers need to contact the courier and file a complaint, and then provide us with the case number. If the customer is unable to contact the courier, then they must provide us with evidence of the damaged parcel so that we can file a case with the courier.
If your return is accepted, under the conditions stated 'Damages and issues', we will cover the costs of shipping to the return address.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
