How long will my order take?

In most cases, your parts will be made to order. The manufacturing of parts takes roughly 10 working days. After that delivery take about 5 working days to most parts of the world.

 

How much will delivery cost?

All customers get free delivery on orders over £1000. For orders under that amount, delivery will be calculated at checkout.

It is likely you will be charged import duty upon delivery. This is normal for items of this cost being imported into most countries. We do not cover any potential import fees. 

 

Do we offer an installation service?

If you a UK based customer please contact us for further information.

 

What material is used for our parts?

The majority of our items are made from carbon fibre. The type of carbon can be found on the listing. If the part isn't made from carbon fibre it will be stated on the listing.

How long will my order take ?

In most cases, your parts will be made to order. The manufacturing of parts takes roughly 10 working days. Please appreciate that production time can differ dependant on our manufacturers backlog, sometimes you will have to wait longer than 10 working days.

After that delivery normally takes about 5 working days to most parts of the world. If we have stock of the parts you are after, it would take about a week for you to receive the goods after placing your order.

If your goods are being shipped via sea, delivery will take about 30 - 45 days. Larger items such as bonnets and bumpers would be sent via sea.

All UK customers get free delivery on orders over £1000. International customers get free delivery on orders over £2000 . For orders under that amount, delivery will be calculated at checkout.

You may get charged import duty upon delivery. This is normal for items of a high value being imported into most countries. We do not cover any potential import fees, however we try our best to limit / avoid any potential import fees.

We advise customers to contact us before placing your order to confirm fitment of parts and any other special requirements.

We recommend professional installation of our parts. If you have any struggles with installation, please contact us for advice.

Please note that with aftermarket products, in many cases you won't get a perfect fitment, and there may be minor defects with the fitment.

Some of our listings will give you an option to opt for different styles (i.e. matte or forged carbon). If a listing doesn't have this option, please contact us and we will let you know if you can get that carbon part in a different pattern / finish.
