- Twin heat-extraction vents with carbon louvres release hot air from the engine bay to help reduce under-bonnet temperatures.
- Significant weight saving over the factory steel/aluminium hood, taken off the front axle.

About Karbel Carbon
Karbel Carbon are a pre-preg dry carbon fibre specialist. Their parts are made from resin pre-impregnated carbon fibre cloth cured in an autoclave under high pressure and temperature, giving an optimal resin-to-carbon ratio. Dry carbon parts are typically around 50% lighter than the equivalent wet carbon part. The X Series is Karbel's flagship motorsport-inspired range for the G87 M2.
