The XM is already one of the boldest shapes BMW has ever built - RevozPort's complete carbon programme commits to it fully. Every panel from the front splitter to the roof spoiler is developed as one design, so the wheel arch trims, door extensions and side skirts read as a single continuous line down the flank rather than a collection of separate parts.
Each component is laid up in pre-preg Toray carbon fibre and autoclave cured, giving aerospace-grade rigidity at a fraction of the weight of the OEM panels they replace. The weave direction and gloss level are matched across the entire kit.
